Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unwashed, unused items in the original packaging or a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
